Which Brands Soared On Social Video In June?
Coming out of WWDC, Apple was everywhere on social video this June. Data from Tubular Labs shows the brand increased U.S. minutes watched across YouTube and Facebook by 277% month-over-month.
- Apple leaned into both the conference itself, as well as products like the Apple Vision Pro, new Macbook Air and iPhone 14, giving thorough rundowns for consumers eager to learn more (and for some, potentially preorder the products).
- Hasbro and Mattel also started the summer aiming for eyeballs with more kids home from school. For Hasbro, U.S. minutes watched across YouTube and Facebook grew by 15% month-over-month, thanks in large part to Peppa Pig.
- Meanwhile, Mattel’s minutes watched saw a 17% leap given increased interest in Barbie around the movie.
