Here's a look at the top 25 networks by viewership share for January 22-28 — head over to TVREV to see the program ranking and get insights about the top shows by watch-time.
CBS remains in first place week-over-week, although its viewership share fell from 10.45% previously to 9.92%. Naturally, the NFL conference championship game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens was the network’s No. 1 program by watch-time, followed by The Price Is Right, CBS Mornings and The NFL Today.
Some more insights around the most-watched networks:
- Thanks largely to the Detroit Lions vs. San Francisco 49ers conference championship game, Fox moves into second place with a 7.69% viewership share.
- Although all of the networks in positions 5-13 didn’t see a ranking change, with the exception of ESPN, each actually increased watch-time week-over-week.
- Week-over-week ranking newcomers include Comedy Central and Food Network. Comedy Central takes No. 24, with watch-time fueled by Seinfeld, South Park and The Office. Food Network lands at No. 25 and its top programming included Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, Guy’s Grocery Games and Chopped.
