To kick off the year, Teads recently published a report on five key media trends in 2025, starting with a deep dive into the future of audience engagement through omnichannel approaches.

  • A Teads study revealed the largest area of media investment in 2025 – according to those surveyed – was data-driven targeting and measurement (over 50% of respondents); reflecting how precision is increasingly becoming one of the most important success metrics for campaigns.
  • That focus on exactness tracks well with the next priorities according to the survey, CTV/digital video and social media advertising, which both present unique opportunities to target audiences.
  • Interestingly, premium content partnerships came in rather low – but so did AI/automation in media buying, sustainability messaging and AR/VR innovations (all popular trends in recent years).
