Randy Timmerman has a significant following as Gramps_Takes on TikTok but in recent months, he’s expanded his reach to other platforms – including YouTube. According to Tubular Labs’ Audience Ratings: 

• He was No. 10 by unique U.S. viewers across YouTube and Facebook in October, with 46.5 million. He was the third-most watched individual creator for the month, behind only Dylan Anderson and MrBeast.
• His audience figure marked 55% growth month-over-month, and a 650% increase since June. 
• Despite the short video lengths, Timmerman’s short and simple advice or reaction videos have also generated 24.7 million minutes of watch-time. 

The fact that these micro-videos are gaining so much traction is a big part of shorts’ growth on YouTube, and how creators are expanding their audiences across multiple platforms.
