POTUS Candidates Go Head-To-Head On Podcasts
Along with battleground states, today's election process also features battleground podcasts. In advance of Election Day, Vice President Kamala Harris appeared on Call Her Daddy, while former president Donald Trump recently spoke to Joe Rogan. Data from Tubular Labs looks at how those appearances performed on social video...
- On YouTube, Rogan's three-hour interview with Trump accumulated more than 40 million YouTube views in four days, with supporting YouTube content about the interview earning 135 million views in the last week of October.
- For Harris, the full episode of Call Her Daddy is not on YouTube, but many discussed their thoughts on Harris’s interview on the podcast on TikTok, accumulating 75 million views in the month of October.
- While we don't know the longer view on the Rogan interview just yet, the Call Her Daddy interview seemed to have a smaller spike but still generated significant views well after the original publish date. The Rogan interview had a larger initial spike, but was quicker to see its audience drop (at least right after).
