This year, the Oscars certainly were "Kenough" to dominate the day's viewership, as data from Inscape reveals. The awards show clocked in with a 7.49% share across all live, linear TV watched on March 10; the Countdown to Oscars: On the Red Carpet Live had another 0.57% of watch-time.
- By comparison, the 95th Oscars in 2023 captured a 5.66% viewership share, while 2022's show had a 4.87% share.
- The 96th Oscars also topped other awards shows from earlier this year: The Grammys on February 4 had a 7.40% share, while the Golden Globes in January had a 2.96% share and the Emmys a 1.02%.
- ABC, which broadcast this year's show, stood out on Sunday's TV network ranking with a 10.14% viewership share. CBS was at No. 2 with 5.99% of Sunday's watch-time, followed by NBC (4.95%).
