The budget and staffing woes that plagued influencer marketing programs in years past have subsided, and organizations are now citing difficulty in measuring creator performance as the top challenge.
- 32% of organizations cited difficulty measuring performance, compared to 24% with insufficient budgets.
- In 2021, 66% of organizations cited inadequate staff as the No. 1 hurdle to success. This year, that fell to a mere 16%.
- When asked about the most effective method for measuring creator marketing performance, website traffic analytics or search performance topped the list at 35%.
- Affiliate links or promo codes was No. 2 (22%), while creator marketing software and tracking sales clocked in at 21% each.
