Soft drink brand Olipop was not among the top 10 soft drink advertisers by household TV ad impressions or linear ad minutes in 2024. Yet, the upstart soda brand looked eager to grab the spotlight during Sunday's Golden Globes, tying Ulta for the most ad minutes (two) among all brands appearing during the live broadcast – according to iSpot.

  • Olipop accounted for just 0.54% of soft drink TV ad impressions during 2024, with limited airings and only a handful of appearances during SNL as major placements.
  • But the Golden Globes was a marked change for the brand, embracing a marquee TV event and was one of the only soft drinks appearing during the Globes (fellow up-and-comer Poppi was the other).
  • Olipop marked the occasion with some new ad creative as well; "Todd" debuted during the event.
