Not only did Fox News dominate primetime watch-time on Election Night, it also captured the largest viewership share across the entire week. The network secured nearly 10% of all minutes watched Nov. 4-10, and had a 15% primetime viewership share on Nov. 5 specifically. Fox News also won for cable news network reach on Election Day, with reach peaking between 8pm and 11pm.

  • CBS takes No. 2 for weekly viewership share (8.46%), driven by the NFL, CBS Mornings and The Price Is Right, plus election coverage.
  • Thanks primarily to election coverage, Fox Business jumps into the weekly ranking at No. 24 (0.68%), and it was No. 8 for primetime viewership share on Election Night (2.48%).
  • Paramount Network rises from No. 22 to No. 13 week-over-week, with its 1.14% viewership share fueled largely by Yellowstone. The network aired reruns of the series over the weekend ahead of a new episode that premiered on Nov. 10.
