New iSpot Q1 TV ad transparency data reveals the brand advertisers with the biggest reach through the year's first three months. Notably, Consumer Cellular was one of the biggest movers near the top of the charts, jumping 12 spots from Q1 2023 to Q1 2024.
- Consumer Cellular increased its household TV ad impressions by 58% year-over-year, with the brand's ad reach growing for the last three quarters.
- While Consumer Cellular increased impressions across many genres in Q1 2024, the clearest shift was away from as many news programs and toward ad reach during entertainment shows (and in particular, drama & action shows).
- Another significant YoY change was around dayparts: Consumer Cellular made slight decreases in its daytime and early fringe TV ad impressions SOV in favor of more investment in premium timeslots like primetime (15.97% in Q1 2024) and weekend afternoon (9.43%).
