CBS leads for network watch-time, capturing a 6.57% viewership share fueled in part by The Price Is Right, CBS Mornings and PGA Tour golf. NBC slips from first to second place week-over-week with 6.30% of minutes watched, while ABC holds steady in third (6.13% of watch-time).
Additional insights around the most-watched networks from August 7-13:
- NFL Network — the only network that will broadcast the entire slate of preseason games — jumps into the top ten with a 2.01% viewership share.
- Oxygen is the only additional week-over-week ranking newcomer, landing at No. 25 with 1.01% of watch-time driven largely by Dateline: Secrets Uncovered and Killer Relationship With Faith Jenkins.
- All of the networks that maintain their ranking positions week-over-week saw a decrease in watch-time, while each of the networks that move up the chart had an increase in minutes watched (which seems obvious, but is not always the case!).
